Before the first 2 weeks, to nail or to clean them, washing them with excessive pressure or removing them by force may damage the transplanted hair follicles. It may cause grafts to protrude and hair loss.

Washing is very important in the postoperative period. In the first week, the planting area should be washed with fingertips, which is extremely gentle and almost without pressure. In the 2nd week, a little more pressure can be applied and the hair can be washed by light massage with fingertips.
